She brings an upbeat, interactive approach to moving a management team, family members or board of directors to the next level, while providing a deep and compassionate understanding of the sensitive issues and concerns of business owners, key managers and family members.

Ms. Victorio has been providing corporate training programs to Fortune 500 companies across the country since 1984. Her ability to pinpoint challenges, uncover opportunities and teach management groups how to be better teams has created a significant impact on many businesses.
